James Heston
Mr. Heston graduated from Pepperdine Law School in 1993 and founded The Heston Law Firm in 1994. Since that time, he has represented more than 10,000 people in bankruptcies and debt-related lawsuits. Mr. Heston has a comprehensive knowledge of bankruptcy, debt collection, and consumer law.
Daniel Ciment
After graduating from South Texas College of Law in 2003, Mr. Ciment operated a high volume consumer collections law firm and filed thousands of debt collection lawsuits. After leaving that position, Mr. Ciment changed sides and was a partner with Macey & Aleman, a nationwide consumer bankruptcy law firm. Mr. Ciment has extensive knowledge of debt collection laws and procedures from both the creditor and the consumer side.
Chris Lawyer
Mr. Lawyer graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2003. Mr. Lawyer worked as an associate attorney for Macey & Aleman and later as a managing attorney. He briefly operated his own solo practice in Corpus Christi, Texas before being hired to join the Heston Law Firm. Mr. Lawyer’s primary area of practice throughout his career has been in bankruptcy and consumer law.
